This one-day workshop will take place April 13, 2016 ,at the William H. Daniel Turfgrass Research and Diagnostic Center, 1340 Cherry Lane, West Lafayette. Training will include instruction about mosquito biology, concepts of disease transmission, mosquito surveillance programs, integrated approaches to mosquito management, insecticide options, application equipment calibration and use, and risk communication.
The workshop will begin at 9 am and conclude at 4:30.
The Category 8 certification exam will be offered immediately at the conclusion of training.

A 10 percent fee will be assessed to those who cancel their registrations or who request to transfer their registrations to another training date. Training manuals are not refundable.
