A. We designed our site’s ordering system to protect the security of your personal information, including your credit card number. Since ordinary e-mail is not secure in the same way, we cannot accept orders sent via e-mail. For your security, please do not include your credit card information in any e-mail you send us.However, we do take orders by mail. Fill your Shopping Cart and check out. After you enter your billing and shipping information, you can review your order. At the Review Your Order screen, go to the bottom of the screen and click the button labeled "Mail Order Form."

A. You can only update shipping information as you are entering an order. If you have created an account with us and are logged in, you can update or add shipping addresses when you come to the shipping screen. You can also edit your shipping address when you review your order.

A. We accept Visa and MasterCard for online orders. You can also print out the order form and mail it with a check to the address on the order form.
