MyPlate

We offer MyPlate materials for your classroom that come direct from USDA and Purdue. Most items come in bulk packages to keep price-per-item low. Use these to teach your students how to eat right. Our two newest products include a Purdue video and a presenter's package.

Learn About Purdue's New MyPlate DVD

The new What's on MyPlate? video on DVD from Purdue Extension Health and Human Sciences (HHS-780-DVD) features a busy, working mom as she highlights practical nutrition and physical activity tips for following the USDA MyPlate guidelines. This DVD includes 5- to 7-minute video clips in English and Spanish for each food group (fruits and vegetables, grains, protein, dairy), plus an introduction and conclusion. Recipes in the video can be found in Purdue Extension's Eat Right for Less cookbook (English, CFS-758; Spanish, CFS-758-S).

Target audience: Limited-resource families and teens
